Good morning everyone, and welcome to your first week’s learning. Below are three documents for P7a. The first is your week’s work in Literacy, Numeracy, and Health & Wellbeing. The second is your spelling words for this week, and the third is a template to help you plan a running route. I hope you enjoy these! Please post your work on our Twitter page @MrsPearsonCV, and please ask if you are stuck or something isn’t clear.

If your child has something different in their pack to what is referred to in the weekly learning, please message me if you need advice.

Please note:  I have given you one activity for each day (Monday to Friday), in each core subject.

For some children, they may beg for more; for others, this may be more than they (or you) can handle at this time.Just do what you can. Your family and your wellbeing comes before all else. Please ask if anything is unclear.

Please find some PE and physical activities in this document.
Please do just a few of the suggestions each day and do what suits your child.
To keep motivated do short sessions, do things outdoors if you can, effort is the main thing, be positive, encourage your child, you might even want to join in!
If you have any questions or you want to share anything you are doing. you can reach me on Twitter:  Mrs Martin PE at CV

Here is a log sheet where you could note down how much activity you are doing each day.  1 hour or 60 minutes is the minimum children should be doing each day.
