Christmas in P2

Christmas at Castleview is such a special time. We enjoyed a lovely period of festivities in P2 and took lots of photos to document them. We also worked our socks off to produce a wonderful Nativity performance that we were really proud of, we hope you enjoyed it too!

We had great fun at the pantomime:

We even got to meet Santa 🎅🏼

P2A Term 2 Update

Here are a few updates and photos from our second term in P2:

We learnt about religious festivals. When we learnt about Diwali we made lots of crafts and even appeared on STV News!

We enjoyed more play:

We enjoyed a Road Safety Magic Show 🎉

We went to went to a Craigmillar Book Festival event at Niddrie Mill where Kate McLelland read us her story “There was a Wee Lassie who swallowed a Midgie” 📚

We went on a sponsored walk for Children in Need 🚶🏼🚶🏽‍♀️

We kept working hard in Maths and Literacy ✍🏾

We invited our parents and careers in to launch our Read, Write, Count bags 📚
