Castleview Highly Commended by Cycling Scotland

Castleview Primary School has been selected as a Highly Commended runner-up of the Bikeability Scotland 2025 School of the Year!
In awarding the commendation, judges commented on the school’s ongoing commitment to school cycle training, ensuring all pupils have the opportunity to develop essential life skills; the involvement of the wider school network, including the investment of staff time in training as instructors; the offer of a fully inclusive training programme, through provision of bikes and the formation of strong working partnerships with Active Schools, the Bike Station and other community partners; and the value placed on the programme and the opportunities it provides for both the pupils and the wider community.
