He’s a poet, and he DOES know it!
P4-7 really enjoyed listening to Mr Coelho talking about his poems and teaching us more about similes, metaphors, onomatopoeia, repetition, alliteration and rhyme.
He even signed a few books for our school.
Thank you to the Scottish Book Trust for organising the visit.
Thank you to all the parents who came to support Primary 7s WW2 Open Afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed showcasing our work and our fabulous WW2 dances which we had been learning with Mrs Martin.
As part of Eco Week have been making paper. They had great fun learning how to make paper, they worked as a team and got really involved. They are looking forward to making some interesting art with the dry results.
P7 enjoying their Right to relax and play during Golden Time. The class have been working very hard to make sure they don’t lose any Golden Time and there have been very few red cards. Keep this up P7!
