P1 Family Learning

Posted on

Well done to all the P1s and their parents and carers who have now completed their Family Learning.  Over the last few weeks they have taken part in a ‘Blooms Taxonomy’ project.  Thank you to all the parents and carers who worked alongside Barbara to prepare resources and lead this with the children.  The sessions ended with a lovely celebration, which was a chance to look back at all the things they have enjoyed and mark all their achievements.

P1b visit Greyfriars Bobby!

Posted on

Last week we had a fantastic trip to Greyfriars Kirk to see Bobby’s statue and then to The National Museum to investigate the interactive activities.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it, including the bus journey and even the weather held out for us!

Thanks again to our lovely parent helpers too!

Money Madness in P4B!

Posted on

This term, Primary 4 have been learning about money in maths.

We had fun pretending to be shopkeepers and counting change for our customers!

Some of us tried a bit of problem solving using our number skills!

There are also lots of super games on the internet to help us develop our understanding of money! We really enjoyed this station! 🙂
