Autumn Baking

P1a enjoyed making elderberry and lemon cupcakes using foraged elderberries.  We all worked hard in our groups to weigh out ingredients and follow the instructions in the recipe.  Once the cakes were baked we iced them and tasted them while they were still warm from the oven.  Delicious!  We all showed great teamwork when washing the dishes too!
